Refund policy

Love from Seventeen does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and all sales are final once they are received.

All orders are checked thoroughly before they are packed and shipped.
We want all our customers to love our products as much as we do, so if there is a fault with your order, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. You can do this by sending an email to hello@lovefromseventeen.nz.
