TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read and familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions before placing an order with us.

Love from Seventeen reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, our pricing and/or our shipping policy without notice.

As of the 1st of April 2016 we will be charging GST on all of our products.

Your privacy is important to us; all information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order.

All prices and purchases on our online store are in New Zealand dollars. When you purchase from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of our online store. Please read these carefully prior to making your purchase with us. We do not give refunds for change of mind.

PAYMENTS

All credit card payment transactions are accepted via Shopify Payments.

All Bank Deposit payments are completed by PoliPay.

LAYBUY

LAYBUY is a service which is totally independent to Love from Seventeen. Your payment obligations are to LAYBUY through the account that you have set up with them. Should you have any questions regarding your LAYBUY account please contact them directly as we are not able to assist you. Full terms and conditions for LAYBUY can be found on their website HERE.

MADE TO ORDER

All of our gorgeous products are made to order, packed and shipped from Southland, New Zealand. During peak ordering times, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed (not including delivery time). If you are requiring one of our products earlier than that time frame, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.

Love from Seventeen takes no responsibility if an item required by a particular date for a birthday or a gift etc does not arrive in time if the order was not placed within our 3 week turn around period and/or if the date required by was not noted. 

Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days. Rural delivery can take longer but target is still within this timeframe. There can be delays in courier service during peak times of the year, e.g Christmas. Please note, the delivery target on your shipping email is a TARGET only, and not a guarantee.

Love from Seventeen takes no responsibility in unexpected and unforeseen delivery delays during courier service. On completion of your order, a courier tracking link is sent to the email address you provided during checkout for you to follow it's delivery track.

Please note, our 3 week turn around time does not include the shipping time to reach you.

Because of the nature of these products, once your order is placed it is FINAL, and no changes can be made. Please double check spelling and the notes you leave us, as we are not liable for any errors in spelling etc you make when placing your order with us.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and/or the item is returned to us by the postal service, you will be required to repay shipping before we will dispatch once again.

Our designs are cut from a natural eco-friendly bamboo wood and from time to time natural flaws in the grain do appear - this is not a fault of the product. Please note that wood grain and wood colour may vary from that shown.

RETURNS

Love from Seventeen does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and all sales are final once they are received.

Please ensure that you check the font samples provided on listings on our website prior to ordering. It is not a product fault if you are not happy with your name in the particular item font/style. If in doubt, please contact us prior to ordering.

All orders are checked thoroughly before they are packed and shipped. Fragile items are braced on 6mm thick wood, and all orders are thoroughly wrapped in bubblewrap to prevent damage in transit.

We want all our customers to love our products as much as we do, so if your items are not as per your order through fault of Love from Seventeen (wrong paint colour, incorrectly spelt name etc) or damage has occurred in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. You can do this by sending an email to hello@lovefromseventeen.nz and including a photograph of fault of the item. Any other product issues must be received via email within 24 hours of the issue arising.

All parcels from Love from Seventeen are packaged carefully and thoughtfully but we understand that sometimes whoopsies can happen in transit. If your parcel has arrived to you broken or damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number, and photos of the damaged goods. You can email us hello@lovefromseventeen.nz.

When an item has a fault due to incorrect information given by the customer (incorrect product ordered, spelling mistake in name given, wrong size ordered etc), a replacement product will need to be ordered at the cost of the customer.

LOOK BUT DO NOT TOUCH

We are passionate about the safety of our little ones, so please keep our décor out of reach of little hands. Absolutely DO NOT hang items above or close to a child's bed or cot. All of our items are for décor purposes only; they are not intended as toys or to be played with.
